Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill in the details of the items you wish to send back, including the reason for return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items Securely

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original bubble wrap and box to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only refund items that arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid Royal Mail or courier label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old delivery addresses are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to a local Post Office or designated drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
